Question:
I am a 5ft small older lady. I love this rack but is there any way to lower it so I don’t have to lift my Trek bike so high? I can just barely do it so any info here would be good.

The Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Rack # TH963PRO is adjustable to the left and right, but does not have a height adjustment so that the arms sit lower.
If you don't already have one, you could use an Adapter Bar # UB01 if your specific bike does not already have a horizontal top tube like a traditional men's bike has. This will help your bike sit level and improve ground clearance, plus it might make loading your bike a little easier.
Aside from that we do offer the Camco Folding Step Stool # CAM43676 which is adjusts to either 7-1/2" inche or 9 inches tall and may make it easier to load your Trek bike.
