How Does Bowtie Lighted Emblem part # RP86618 Install on 2009 Chevy Silverado
Question:
I purchased the lighted bowtie for tailgate of my 2009 Chevy Silverado and I seem to have misplaced the directions if there were any directions. But Im assuming that I just hope the ground up to a ground and both power wires to the rear parking light wire. Because one wire serves as the parking light and brake light. Am i thinking right? Thank you

I attached an install video for the Bowtie Lighted Emblem part # RP86618 that you referenced that will walk you through the entire process.
The red wire goes to the running light circuit, the green to the right turn/stop circuit, and the yellow to the left turn/stop circuit.
