I may have a solution for you, however the Fastway Trailer Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin Lock Set # FA86-00-3685 referenced in your question is not available in a stainless steel construction. This set is constructed of sturdy steel that has a chrome-plated finish to help resist corrosion.

For a similar stainless steel set, I recommend looking at the Andersen Trailer Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin Lock Set # AM3493. This includes both a stainless steel hitch receiver lock with a usable span of 3-5/16 inches and a locking adjustment pin. The diameter of the adjustment pin is 3/4 inches and the diameter for the hitch lock is 5/8 inches.
