Will 63147 fit a Kuat Transfer 2 on a 24940 hitch?

Anti-rattle device and hitch lock # SHP2082 will not fit the Kuat Transfer. The Transfer already has a threaded weld nut in its shank that is not accessible so you would not be able to install the block part of the anti-rattle device in the shank. You can use # PTSCLK12 to add bike and hitch locks to the Kuat Transfer but you would still need that special tool to thread in and tighten the Kuat hitch bolt.
Trailer hitch # 24965 will not be a factor.
