Anything that mounts to the front of the 2016 Ram 3500 has the potential to interfere with the sensors at the front of the truck. The Parksense feature can be disabled using the button so that the sensors don't alert you all the time but when off it will also disable the rear sensors. If you do install a grille guard such as # AAP5056 and it interferes with the sensors you might be able to relocate the sensors though there isn't a specific kit for it (unless a Ram dealer offers one).
