The experts said, Both of the trailer hitches that fit your Verano # 24882 and # C11282 are Class I hitches ... My question is, for fit and function, Curt or Hiddenhitch?

Function wise the Draw Tite part # 24882 is the winner for your 2013 Buick Verano. The reason I say that is that the Curt you mentioned requires the use of a stabilizer strap like part # 18050 when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack and the Draw Tite does not. So it is the winner in my opinion.
