VEHICLE: 2010 Toyota Sequoia Platinum WITH Factory Tow Package Item: Replacement Multi-Plug 7-Way and 4 Pole Trailer Connector Item # 20137 I need this Item to fit the above listed vehicle. Can you direct me to the part number for a replacement multi plug adapter to replace factory adapter that is broken ?

Sounds like your 2010 Toyota Sequoia has a standard 7-way on it and you are looking for something like the part # HM40975 which would plug in as a replacement and give you a 7-way and a 4-way. If you have a round connector like what's in the picture I attached that runs to your current connector (this is the standard connector seen on nearly all vehicles), the # HM40975 would be exactly what you need.

If instead you have a flat 4-way connector on your vehicle you instead would want the part # 37185.
