Looking for a ladder rack for my 2008 Ram 2500 8ft bed that will allow me to retain my toolbox and not interfere with its operation. I also currently have a headache rack. Which is making my search a challenge.

Due to your headache rack and toolbox, I recommend you consider the Erickson Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Side Mount - Steel - 250 lbs # EM07708 for a ladder rack on your 2008 Ram 2500. This will not interfere with either accessory.
A final option is the Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 500 lbs # A70566 which would make you work around you accessories for the initial mount to use the stake pockets for securing, but will give you many options of location for your crossbars to work with the space you have.
