Fitting a Sport Rack Semi-Custom Roof Rack to a 2010 Mazda 6 4 Door

Question:

My 2010 Mazda 6 4 door has a curved roof. Would a SR1116 Roof Adapter be needed because this roof is curved and used in conjunction with the sr1010 Sport Rack!

In this case, no, a Roof Adapter, part # SR1116 would not be needed to fit a 2010 Mazda 6 with the Sport Rack Semi-Custom Roof Rack, part # SR1010.

SportRack does recommend however that you hold the hook mechanism down while tightening the bolts.
