Pipe Mount Trailer Jack Recommendation for Utility Trailer

Question:

I am looking at buying a high quality trailer jack for my fathers 6x12 utility trailer. He is up in age and has back issues. Could you please give guidance on a trailer jack to purchase? Anything under $100 is my budget. I would appreciate it. Thank you

The jacks you looked at are the side mounting jacks like the part # PS1401420303 which mount with a pipe mount that attaches directly to the trailer frame. This would be a great option that would work well on a smaller utility trailer.
