Using a Cargo Carrier and Bike Rack at the Same Time

Question:
Would this GearCage cargo carrier allow the use of Swagman Traveler bike carrier if it is slid over the shank?

There is a bike rack and cargo carrier you would use together, but you would not be able to use the Swagman Traveler XCS # S64664 by sliding it over the shank of the Lets Go Aero GearCage # H01397.
To use a combination bike rack and cargo carrier you would want the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 Bike Rack # HR1450Z along with the Hollywood Racks Hitch Cargo Carrier for Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HR1485.
The rack and carrier can be used independently of one another as well, doing so will increase the capacity of the cargo carrier to 220 lbs. This Sport Rider also comes with a hitch lock and cable lock which are keyed alike for optimal security. For a cargo bag to use with this carrier I recommend taking a look at the Rola Water Resistant Bag # 59102, which comes with straps that secure it to the carrier.
