Will a B and W gooseneck hitch from a 2006 Dodge 3500 fit a 2001 Dodge 3500?

I do not sell the B and W brand, but I did check the Draw-Tite, Reese, and Curt brand of gooseneck hitches that I sell and the hitches are different from the 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 and the 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. Those vehicles will not use the same gooseneck hitch.
The Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose Hitch, part # 9464-35, that you have referenced will fit the 2003 to 2011 Dodge Ram 3500.
I am including links to the installation instructions on the Draw-Tite hitches that will show the difference in the hitch for the 2001 model and the 2006 model.
