Can I use my 2003 x5 sport utility bmw to tow a 31ft Fleetwood camper trailer

It may be possible to tow a camper with your 2003 BMW X5, depending on the weight of the trailer when it is fully loaded. Your BMW can tow a maximum of 6,000 lbs, which is also the weight limit of the Class III hitch that fits it, the Draw-Tite # 75492. I've added a link to a video of this hitch being installed on an '03 BMW for you to take a look at.
If your camper is under the weight limit and you want to tow, you'll also need Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 119250KIT. For a ball mount I recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which fulfills your towing needs in one tidy package; a pair of ball mounts to give you the appropriate rise or drop, a 1-7/8” ball, a 2” ball and a pin and clip.
