If we are not using the Sidewinder capabilities of the Revolution we we still need the Sidewinder Wedge Also ,Any other hitches you recommend to go with s # RP56001-53 custom rails

For your 2015 Silverado 2500HD, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Outboard Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP56001-53 which are 48 inches long, fit industry standard hitches, and are easier to install because of the length. If you prefer the traditional 43 inch rails, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50066-58. Both of these have custom brackets so no drilling into the frame is required. There is no adjustment required for your spray in bed liner unless it is extremely thick.

For a 5th wheel hitch, I recommend the Reese 22K # RP30033. This hitch has the dual jaw for the tight and controlled king pin contact. I recommend you also use the custom wedge for your Revolution pin box. It is the Sidewinder Wedge # SWW-03 and will make sure you get the best connection between your hitch and Revolution (Sidewinder is the aftermarket version) pin box.

If your Revolution pin box has been locked out, you will not need a wedge. You will be able to use any 5th wheel hitch that uses the industry standard measurements for rail compatibility because the pin box will function like any other pin box when locked out. The # RP56001-53 rails are compatible with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, Reese, Valley, B&W, and Demco to name a few. The Reese 22K # RP30033 is a favorite, but I also really like the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # BWRVK3200 because of its reputation and solid structure. The preferences in style are quite different, but each of these hitches have benefits over the others whether in structure, style, or ease of use. You can't go wrong with any of these for your application as they will all do the job well.
