Question:
Hi Jameson, Will the Swagman XTC-2 2 bike rack work with the Chevy Bolt class 1 hitch? https://www.etrailer.com/Hitch-Bike-Racks/Swagman/S64670.html I'm wondering if this will be good for the kids bikes since the top tubes don't go straight across. Is that right? Still have to get a roof rack for the two adult bikes though. Thanks for your help.

The hitch you mentioned # 24956 is a Class I hitch which means it has a very low weight capacity. That means it can only carry up to two bikes at a time due to the increased weight and leverage of bikes beyond the 2 bike portion of the rack. Also, Yakima does not have any bike racks compatible with Class I hitches.
The most popular bike rack we carry that has been confirmed to fit this vehicle is the Thule Camber 2 part # TH9058. We asked our demo and install guys to name their favorite, most easy-to-use bike racks and this one showed up in nearly everyone's top three. Check out the review video I attached for more info.
If you plan on carrying any womens or alternative framed bikes without horizontal top tubes you may also be interested in purchasing a Kuat Bike Frame Adapter Bar # UB01 to provide a horizontal top tube on your bikes to provide an attachment point. I attached a review video for this product also. This will allow the bikes to be carried more level and will provide more ground clearance.
For the other two bikes you'd need a roof rack and roof bike carrier. For a roof rack you'd need the part numbers # TH711420, # TH460R, and # THKIT3168 if you have flush mounted rails on the roof. Then for a bike rack that let's you keep the front wheel installed you'd want the # TH599000.
