Yes the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75079 is a custom fit trailer hitch receiver confirmed to fit all models of the 2000 Chevrolet Blazer including vehicles equipped with the ZR2 package. It is a Class III trailer hitch with 2" receiver tube opening. I have attached a photo of what this trailer hitch will look like on a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer for you.

If you are looking to do any sort of towing you will need both a trailer wiring harness and a ball mount/hitch ball. For this I recommend using the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C55411 if you do not already have a factory 7-way in addition to the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
