Wondering if this headache rack will work on my 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 with an access tonneau sport, soft rolling tonneau cover installed. Thanks in advance.

Yes, the MaxxTow MaxxHaul Headache Rack part # MT70456 should have no problem fitting over the Access TonnoSport Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover part # A22040179. The Access cover mounts to the inside of the bed rails and does not protrude outward over the bed rail. Therefore, the headache rack will work for you as it mounts into the stake pockets in the top of the bed rails.
