The Rhino Rack 2500 Roof Rack, parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK374, will fit a 2007 Nissan Frontier King Cab.
As far as carrying the kayak though, that's only part of the solution. You will need to support and protect the kayak as you move it.
I recommend the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier, part # S510 which will mount to the new crossbars to provide a safe, balanced ride to your kayak. This will help it stay in position and not shift as you drive to and from the water.
A cost effective solution would be the Malone Standard Crossbar Pad for Kayaks, part # MPG314. These provide padding to your crossbars so that you can directly set the kayak on them. This set is 25" long and provides cushion and grip to the kayak. It would still need to be tied down for safety.
Be sure to check your vehicle roof's weight limit. The weight of the bars, plus the carrier plus the kayak must be within the Frontier's rated roof capacity.
I've included a review video that shows the carriers installed on a 2016 Nissan Frontier to help show how the vehicle can handle the kayak.
