wll the Fulton TFL120W0301 trailer jack fit on the weld on fitting for the Shelby trailer jack

You'd have to measure the inner diameter of the snap ring on your Shelby jack to determine if the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack # FTJ120W0301 that you referenced would fit as a replacement.
If the diameter is 2-5/16 inch then this will fit as a replacement.
