Question:
My new Sprinter is prewired for a brake controller. I have located the green connector under the drivers seat. Do you have a controller that will connect to this prewire without having to install RM-751475?

Expert Reply:
Since you have brake controller pre-wiring already on your 2017 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 you would not need to use a stop light switch like part # RM-751475.
We don't sell a connector that plugs right into it, but you can still use it to wire up a brake controller like the P3 part # 90195. You'll need to cut the connector off and then wire the vehicle wiring to the controller's wiring.
On the controller the blue wire is the brake output circuit which runs to the 7-way of the vehicle, the red wire is the stoplight circuit which needs a circuit that only sees voltage when brakes are applied, black goes to a 12 volt power source, and then white ground.
