To cut the wheel wells of the Westin Universal Fit Truck Bed Mat - 96" Long x 72" Wide - Rubber - Black # 50-6325 you will need to make some measurements with a tape measure. I recommend using a piece of cardboard to make a template once you have your measurements. I recommend then using a piece of chalk to transfer your template in the correct location and use a sharp utility knife blade. I prefer to use a hook blade like used for roofing shingles, but you can just use a straight blade.
When in doubt cut less. You can then go back and cut more as needed.
