Does Curt Hitch # C11065 Fit 2007 Volvo C70

Question:
I have a 2007 Volvo C70 T5 convertible. I want to put a hitch on it for a two bike bicycle rack. Some places I have made enquires at say no hitch available Curt or DrawTite. However some say the Curt 11065 is a fit. Im confused about the tongue and torque weight. This suggested hitch has a 200 pound tongue weight. Anyway, why would some places say this hitch would fit and work and others say there is no hitch.

Tongue weight capacity is 200 lbs. That means that it can handle a vertical load of up to 200 lbs on the tongue of the hitch.
