Yes, the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider 2 2-Bike Carrier for Recumbents part # HR1000Z-R has an adjustable wheel mount feature that will allow you to carry 1 recumbent and 1 regular bike at the same time. Ideally, you will want to put the recumbent bike on first as this will generally be heavier than a regular bike. As long as either bike does not weight in excess of 45 lbs. and the recumbent bike has a wheelbase shorter than 74" with tire width less than 3", this bike rack will work for you.
I also recommend using the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable Lock for Hollywood Racks Commuter, Traveler, Sport Rider Bike Racks part # HRLHPTC to secure the bikes to the bike rack and the bike rack to the hitch receiver.
