Can LED Utility Light w/ Touch Switch # UCL60CSNB Be Operated with Switch on Wall

Question:

is there a way to have them turn on and off with a switch, if pushed on do they stay in the on position when the power is killed to the light?

If left in the on position the LED Utility Light w/ Touch Switch # UCL60CSNB that you referenced could easily be operated with a switch. If you check out the review video I attached for this light you can see that the light was originally left in the on position when our demo guy powered the light and it came on.

For a toggle switch you could use an interior light switch like what is found in homes.
