I have a class 1 hitch with a 2 inch hitch will this bike rack fit my Ford Transit Connect?

Yes, the Thule DoubleTrack Pro XT # TH92BJ will fit your 2016 Ford Transit Connect. The rack fits both 1-1/4 inch (Class I and II) receivers as well as 2 inch hitch receivers (when using the included adapter). I have linked a video review of this bike rack for you.
