Will this rack hold bikes with 29 inch mountain bike tires?

The Hollywood Racks Bicycle Parking Stand # HRPS16 has openings for bike tires that are approximately 27 inches tall but since the full height of the tire won't have to be placed in the opening a 29 inch mountain bike tire would fit.
Another option is a stand such as the Swagman Park It # S64018. The height of the tire would not matter for this rack as long as the tires are no more than 2-1/2 inches wide.
