The Demco Hijacker SL Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Travel Adjustment # DM6076SL-21K does not have a jaw that is adjustable. It automatically latches into place and wraps around the king pin.
I called Demco and my contact informed me that about 4 or 5 years ago (which makes it 2012-2013) there was a style change. The previous style did have an adjustable jaw. If this is the style that you have then you will find the adjustment bolt sticking out on the cab-side of the head of the 5th wheel hitch. You can adjust it by loosening the jam nut and then tightening the bolt by hand. Once it is finger tight (meaning you cannot turn it by hand anymore) you will want to back the bolt off half of a turn. After that you will want to tighten the jam nut again.
