What is the correct lug nut torque specifications for these wheels?

I attached a chart for you to check out that shows the correct lug nut torque for trailer wheels. It really depends on a few factors. You'd also need to know the stud size of your hub. Most likely it's 1/2 inch and the torque needed is 75-85 ft lbs with the part # AM3S582.
