Will any winch plate fit this bumper or does it take a specific plate.

The mounting holes on the top of the Bulldog Winch bumper part # BDW21000 are spaced so that most standard winch mounts are going to fit. Nearly all winch mounts are made with similar dimensions to make this easier.
