Bike Rack Recommendation for 2000 Honda CR-V Which has Offset Rear Mounted Spare

Question:
the Surco BT300 Spare Tire Rack fits on the CRV no problem, the bicycles tires hang out side the edge of the passenger side of the car by about 15 inches, is that legal and how can I center the bike more to the driver side. When driving I am afraid I may clip something with the bike tires.

We only carry one spare tire mounted bike rack that has the ability to offset to the side for vehicles likes yours where the spare of the vehicle is not mounted in the center.
For that you'd need the Thule Spare Me part # TH963PRO.
I really wish we had a way to make your Surco bike rack fit better, but having the bike extend past the vehicle is not really a safe route.
