Im looking for a lockable bike rack that fits a 2 inch receiver on a Motorhome . It needs to hold four bikes .

Any bike carrier that will be used on a motorhome or trailer must specifically be rated for that application. The reason is that at the back of an RV there will be more stress applied to the rack. This increased stress arises due to the longer distance between the axle and the hitch receiver. That longer distance translates into more vertical and lateral forces on the rack.
Yakima's HoldUp 4 Bike Rack # Y02443-2 is not rated for RV use but their hanging style LongHaul 4 Bike Rack # Y02476 is RV-rated.
