Looking at the wiring harness for 2015 Lexus NX200T and your photo of the kit doesnt match the kit in the video. Which is correct?

For your 2015 Lexus NX 200t the Tow Ready harness part # 118652 is a confirmed fit. There actually aren't any install videos for this specific harness so you may be thinking of the # C56268 which is also a fit for your vehicle and does have a review video which I linked. The converter boxes do look different.
The Tow Ready would be the kit I would recommend though as we have the best luck in terms of reliability with this brand.
