Diameter of Tubing on Bulldog Jack BD195320

Question:
In the product description for part #BD195320 the tubing width is listed as 2.25 inches. Is this the tube that extends and retracts or is this the tube that houses the retracting tube? If it is the housing tube, what is the width of the retracting/extending tube? Thanks.

The inner tube width of the Bulldog Jack part # BD195320 is 2-1/4 inches and the outer tube width is 2-1/2 inches.
