Question:

Would hooking up battery backwards fry the circuit boards on my led touch lights on my Fifth Wheel ?

LED's are polarity sensitive so if you were just to have a single light bulb in backward, it just wouldn't work, but connecting a 12V battery backwards absolutely can fry the circuit board. We have some replacement LED touch lights and I recommend the LED Utility Light w/ Touch Switch - 3" Round - 6 Diodes - Clear Lens - Brushed Nickel Trim Ring # UCL60CSNB. This light will have an effective lumen output of 168 and a raw lumen output of 224.
