Question:
How much suspension travel do these type hitches have? For example while hitched to the vehicle how far would the trailer be raised and lowered from zero air to maximum recommended pressure?

The 5th Airborne Premium Fifth Wheel Air Ride Coupler - 21,000 lbs Capacity # 5AB-E1621-610 is suggested to start air pressure between 80 and 100 psi. The max psi is 120. The air bag is intended to be used for comfort not height. The air bag can be positioned for best ride comfort based on pin weight. The fill line to level is marked on the pin box. I reached out to my contact at Reese and they said that level is just a reference and the air bag is only intended to keep you about 1 inch travel up or down from your factory king pin.
