The # SR15-C D-Ring measures 2-1/4 x 2-1/4 inches. This is designed to be bolted on.
The closest we come to that size for a weld-on application is part # C83760. This is quite a lot larger than the # SR15-C, as it measures 4-1/4 inches wide x w-1/2 inches by 3/4 inches. The mount bracket measures 2-1/4 x 1-5/8 x 1-1/4 inch deep.
