I do have a solution for you, however the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118495 referenced in your question is confirmed to work with just the 2010 Dodge Journey.
For your 2013 Dodge Journey, I instead recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118536 if your vehicle has LED tailights or # 118567 if you have Incandescent Bulb taillights. Regardless of the which harness you need, these will simply plug into existing wiring behind the driver and passenger side tail lights and provide you with a 4-Way connector to power your trailer's signal lights.
