I plan to use this H01380 with lets go aero bike rack H01199. In this case what is the clearance between the H01199 and back wall of my travel trailer?

The 48x32 Lets Go Aero GearCage FP4 Slide-Out Cargo Carrier # H01380 that you referenced has a distance of 6 inches from it's hitch pin hole to the nearest edge of the cargo tray. The bike rack adapter part # H01199 attaches to this same railing. The rack itself does not reduce the clearance, but since the inner bike rack installs on the inside of the upright mast of the rack it's really up to the dimensions of the bike how much clearance would be reduced.
