Will it carry a 50lb Mens Bommie Beach cruiser on a 2004 Cadillac Seville? I am just carrying one bicycle.

I do have a solution for you to carry your 50 pound Mens Bommie Beach Cruiser bike on your 2004 Cadillac Seville. But none of the trunk mount bike racks can be used for a single bike weight of 50 pounds.
What will work and be safer is to use a hitch and hitch mount bike rack. For a hitch you can use # C12265 on your Seville. This is a Class II hitch so there are many bike rack options that will fit the 1-1/4 inch receiver.
For a bike rack that has the capacity you need I recommend the Saris Freedom # SA4412B. It has a capacity of 60 pounds per bike and will fit many different bike frame designs. I have linked a video review of this bike rack for you.
