Part # HL56221 is a set of front mud flaps that fit the 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe with or without add-on fender flares. There is no matching set for the rear but the rear mud flaps we do have for your Tahoe are shown on the linked page. One example is the DeeZee Brite-Tread Mud Flaps # DZ1800 which fits trucks without the fender flares.
