I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, 75th Anniv Edition with black roof rails no crossbars. I want to install my rectangular Thule crossbars. I think I need the Podium Foot Pack 460 but I dont know what Fit Kit to use. Appreciate your help!

The roof rack you are describing for your 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo without the e-group package is comprised of discontinued parts. You will need to upgrade your entire roof rack system because the parts are no longer available from the manufacturer. For the upgrade, I recommend the Rhino-Rack system consisting of the following:
