The SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs, # SR1002, will fit on a four-door 2010 Hyundai Accent. The rack will also be able to carry a 15-foot canoe as long as the watercraft weighs no more than 105 lbs, which is the rack's weight limit for your vehicle based on the manufacturer's fit guide, which I have included a link to.
I also recommend the Thule Portage Canoe Carrier, # TH819, which comes with four cushioned brackets and the necessary tie-down straps to strongly secure your canoe to the crossbars.
