Will I be able to keep my factory fog lights after installing this receiver mount?

The factory fog lights on the 2003 Ford Excursion cannot be reinstalled after installing the Draw-Tite front mount trailer hitch # 65022. You could always add aftermarket fog lights using kit # QH-84CF and mount them in a different location.
