Question:
My vehicle is the 2003 Silverado 4.8L, 4x4, extended cab, long box, LS edition. What, per your vehicle selection options, is an LD? I know about the HD. But, LD?

Look at the door of your truck. Does it say 1500HD? If so you have an HD version of the 1500 Silverado and the correct front hitch you need is # 65028. If you don't see the HD at the end of the 1500 you have the LD and the correct hitch is # 31302.
