I need a replacement head for my Reese weight distribution system but I dont know which one I need I think its 58112 or 59333

The linked page displays the Reese replacement parts for weight distribution systems. These include heads for both trunnion bar and round bar systems. If your head has holes on the lower portion through which L-shaped bars are inserted then you have a round bar system. If the bars are straight and fit into trunnions like # 58097 then you have a trunnion type system.
For round bar setups we have head # RP58112 and for trunnion bar setups we have head # RP58167.
