Question:

Item # BD0289640300 and item # BD0287610300 Will the inner tubes from these items interchange? Will the holes for height adjustment holes match? I want to adapt one of the outer tubes to my trailer and be able to change the inner tubes so I can back a 5th wheel or a gooseneck ball under. Buy doing this I will be able to use trucks with either hitch types.

Bulldog Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Coupler # BD0289640300 and Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler Base Assembly # BD0287610300 could be used in the same outer tube. The diameters and hole spacing are the same. But keep in mind that the distance from the lower most hole to the base on the gooseneck to 5th wheel coupler is less than on the regular gooseneck coupler.
