I have a new 18395 harness purchased from etrailer for my then new 05 Ford Freestyle, and never used it. Will this harness work on a 2011 Ford Flex, or must I use part # 118472 ? Thank You

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector, # 118395, will only fit the following vehicles:
2005 - 2007 Ford Five Hundred
2005 - 2007 Ford Freestyle
2005 - 2007 Mercury Montego
For the 2011 Ford Flex, you will need to use Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118472, as you have suggested. I have included a link to the installation details for this harness for reference.
