The Curt # C11483 is designed to fit your 2003 Infiniti G35 coupe. There is some drilling and fascia trimming to install it but all the necessary hardware is included. I've also linked the installation instructions for you on this page.
Per Curt's warranty this hitch does require you to use a support strap, # 18050, if you're using it to carry any non-trailer loads like a cargo carrier or bike rack.
