Is the Truxsport cover #TX2816CVR a direct replacement for my damaged cover #2816 dated 06\03\11 ?

TruXedo TruXport Soft Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # TX281601 is a confirmed fit on your 2004 Silverado 1500 with 8-foot bed. The correct replacement tarp portion is indeed USA-made part # TX2816-CVR which does require your original TruXport hardware for installation.
