I have confirmed with Yakima that the Claws and Pin Adapters # Y8880201 referenced in your question will fit the flush mounted factory rails on your 2016 Audi Q3 and allow for the RailGrab Roof Rack System to work on the vehicle's roof. However, Yakima has since stopped production on the RailGrab Roof Rack components.

If you do not already have the RailGrab Roof Rack, then I recommend instead looking at the Rhino Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack, which consists of parts # RRVA126S-2 and # RRSX028. This system is confirmed to fit the flush mounted rails on your Audi Q3 and will provide a 165 pound weight capacity with two 49 inch, sleek and low-profile crossbars.
